The open kitchen is equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The unit also has a shower/WC and electric heating.

The studio comes with a balcony of 5 square meters, south-facing, offering a beautiful view of the garden. It is furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs (2).
