The location

The tired state of the appartment. The very heavy bed conversion. Made my life hard each day and my wife's back very bad

Superb, notwithstanding the above problems.

The location opposite the beach was superb

Nothing that can be improved by the hosts, but we needed to keep the sliding doors fully closed at night because of noisy youths shouting when passing by in the middle of the night (3 or 4 in the morning). The only other problem was that the very thin curtains let in bright sunlight early in the morning.

Great location with beautiful view

Location,: right in front of the Atlantic ocean and white sandy beaches. Carnac Plage is a nice little place with good restaurants. Nice terrace. Excellent communication with Catherine who takes care of the apartment.

Sofa bed is not very comfortable.. Sunscreen on terrace is quite dirty, should be cleaned. Maybe we had bad luck, but each night youth was making quite some noise right in front of the apartment until 4 or 5 am.

Would certainly use the appartement again

The lovely appartement was excellent but the arrangements to enter were very late , also the arrival of bed linen and towels. Apart from that , the host ( which we did not meet ) was available by telephone and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Autumn sunshine break

The location was perfect for swimming, walking and people watching. It was great to have WiFi and a smart TV. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was excellent.

There was limited clothes storage. There's nowhere to wash clothing on site; we used the launderette at the local Super U.

Excellent location

The location is fantastic, easy walk to the cafes/bars/shops of Carnac Plage and Carnac Ville is easily walkable. A beautiful beach is over the road from the apartment. The balcony is excellent , equipped with table and chairs and loungers. There is plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils. The sofa bed is very easy to put out and very comfortable.

There was an initial issue with towels and bedding which although rectified was not of a standard we would expect (looked like it had just been pulled out of someone's cupboard - towels very worn and marked) Like previous comments there really is nowhere to store your clothes - apart from a very small hanging space (which also contains ironing board, vacuum etc)

A Little Gem

Magnificent first floor view of plage et mer. Very convenient to beach and town. Easy access. Having a doorcode instead of faffing about with keys is a major plus. The balcony was quite roomy and private. Dealt with management by text and found them very satisfactory. A great place to stay in a wonderful part of Brittany. We highly recommend.

Nothing really got our goat even in a mild way. Everything worked properly. The place was neat and clean and well-supplied with the essentials, cutlery, cookware, towels etc. Even the futon was a breeze to use.

On est prêt à y retourner sans problème. Studio très sympa.

Emplacement super. Vue exceptionnelle. On peut faire tout a pied pour les jours où ne voulons pas bouger. Traversée de rue pour la plage très propre et commerces juste dans la rue a l'arrière du logement.

Une petite armoire pour les vêtements . Celle prévue était pleine de petits matériels qui pourraient justement être mis dans un petit meuble .(Suggestion entre la cuisine et la télévision)
