About this apartment rental

Spacious and sunny apartment on the seafront (the Grande Plage is 20 meters away).
Located on the ground floor of a small residence of character with wooded area and private parking, it includes: entrance with cupboard, large living room / lounge / kitchen, bathroom, Wc, 2 bedrooms (Ch1: 1 bed 2 persons, Ch 2: 2 bunk beds), a reserved parking space.
South facing terrace with garden furniture and private garden.
The rental week starts on Sunday in season.

Sheets and towels are not provided. You can bring your own or rent them. Here are the sizes and prices:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140 * 200; duvet 220 * 240 and towels for 2 people- 20 €
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds 90 * 190; 150 * 200 duvet and towels for 1 or 2 people - 15 € each

L'appartement est idéalement situé. La place de parking est vraiment un plus lors de forte affluence. Le propriétaire est arrangeant/flexible pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nécessaire d'entretien mis à disposition c'est parfait ! Nous Reviendrons sans hésiter.

Logement très agréable en face de la plage de Carnac et à proximité des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Il est important de noter tout de même que la chambre des "enfants" est traversante pour accéder à la chambre des "parents".

Carnac et ses environs recèlent de nombreux sites à visiter à pieds, en vélo ou en voiture Résidence bien située dans la station Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, vue imprenable sur la mer et accès direct à la plage Deux points faibles : La porte fenêtre de la chambre s'ouvre directement sur le parking Les arbustes de la haie devront pousser rapidement pour mieux isoler la terrasse de la rue

Notre séjour à Carnac s'est parfaitement déroulé. L'appartement est au calme, la vue sur la mer est très agréable. L'équipement est au top et tout était très pratique. Bien qu'en février, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse. Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 8 mois. Les chambres en enfilade n'ont pas posé problème. Tout est accessible à pieds: plages, commerces, boutiques, boulangeries.

Das familär geführte Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist und hat uns gut gefallen, die Gastgeber waren nett und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Résidence très bien située face à la mer, toutefois il serait bon de rajouter 1 plateau. En été le frigo pour 4 est bien trop petit, il faudrait une partie congél, et il faudrait installer quelques étagères dans la chambre à coucher pour mettre son linge et si possible enlever le pied du lit voire même la tête pour gagner du passage. Et avec ça, ce sera parfait !
