double booked me and never answered my call or texts.

i booked my stay about three weeks in advance. I arrived at the house to learn it had been double booked and the other family got their first. I called the owners and they didn’t answer calls or texts. the renters reached out to owners and passed me the phone. they apologized. booking tried to find me accommodations but Memorial Day weekend and needing 3 rooms was impossible to find in Paso Robles. what a nightmare. be careful if you book this property through a 3rd party. reach out to owners and be sure to confirm the access code to get into the property and make sure you’re the only perdón booked. what a nightmare.
