Luxury Duplex with Pool and Padel Court in Town

Apartamentų terasa buvo tas didelis gėris, kuris nusvėrė mažus dalykus, kurie galbūt galėjo būti geresni🙂 Vieta puiki. Jei nesate jautrūs nakties triukšmui, nes vienas miegamųjų judrios gatvės kampe, kur veiksmas vyksta visą parą, šie apartamentai jums patiks. Personalas draugiškas ir paslaugus. Lygintuvą, kurio pasigedome, gavome per pusvalandį, tikrai nesitikėjome tokio operatyvumo, tai ne viešbutis ir personalas ten negyvena. Labai patiko indai, jie tikrai puikūs.

Tik pastebėjimai:) Dviaukštės lovos, esančios antrame miegamojo aukšte, paskirtis nelabai aiški, užlipti į 2 aukštą suaugusiam, misija neįmanoma, o kelti ten vaiką, tikrai neatrodo saugu. Tiesa lovos plotis toks, kad tilpti dviese galima🙂 Aš tikrai jos atsisakyčiau, yra logiškesnių sprendimų. Taip pat, kaip buvo minėta komentaruose, nėra didelio veidrodžio. Esantys vonioje nėra patogūs, kaba ne standartiškai aukštai. Kabliukai vonioje taip pat pakankamai aukštai, galbūt butas buvo orientuotas į aukštus žmones, taigi turėkite tai galvoje. Mes pasigedome priemonių griliaus grotelių plovimui. Neabejoju, jei būtume paprašę, butume gavę, bet nesinorėjo nieko trukdyti ir, kad trukdytų mus.

The roof terrace with views across the historic old town was fantastic. It was great to have this space to ourselves so that we could enjoy breakfast outside, then relax in the sun in the afternoon after our morning’s activities. The apartment was spacious, with comfortable bedding, and two shower room/toilets. It was well located, with only a short walk to all of the attractions in the historic old town, so it was easy to get in and out as required. Aloha Málaga were always on hand to assist via WhatsApp if we had any questions!

At nighttime, it was quite noisy if you had a window open in the bedroom, which we did as there was no air conditioning unit within the bedroom itself. The noise was due to vehicles, scooters etc. driving by on the adjacent road. One time, we ran out of hot water after one normal length shower, however this may have been due to the pressure of the shower head. Aloha Málaga did respond promptly to this issue and contacted a heating engineer to ensure the settings were correct on the boiler.

Le confort et l'équipement. La situation de l'hébergement.

Le fait qu'après avoir essayé de contacter l'hôte à plusieurs reprises, nous ayons été obligés de déposer nos bagages dans une consigne. Argent bêtement perdu ! Autre point négatif, et même si la contact a été convivial, après avoir fixé un rdv pour la remise des clés, cela s'est finalement fait en FaceTime !

De locatie was perfect.

De locatie is prachtig en het verblijf zelf was prettig, maar de communicatie was zeer teleurstellend. Na vertrek bleek een persoonlijk item met grote emotionele waarde te zijn achtergebleven, wat ik binnen een uur meldde. Ondanks meerdere pogingen tot contact werd ik wekenlang genegeerd. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik te horen dat het “niet hun probleem” zou zijn en dat de schoonmakers verantwoordelijk waren, terwijl ik geen direct contact met hen mocht opnemen. Blijkbaar stopt de service zodra je hebt uitgecheckt. Een mooie plek, maar klantvriendelijkheid en verantwoordelijkheid ontbreken volledig.
