Appartement California - Welkeys

We received the key and some quick explanations / information by a very friendly person. We were contacted by SMS on the day of our arrival to organize the transfer of the key. The equipment of the apartment was as described. Everything was working fine. Other than cleaning utensils, nothing was missing. The apartment is well situated. The beach nearby is very pebbly. You can see (and hear) the airplanes from the airport, as the apartment is only five tramway stations away from it. We enjoyed our stay and used the good public transport connections for day trips in the area.

The cooking plates and the oven were very dirty. There were no cleaning utensils for these, we had to buy sponges, glass ceramics cleaner, paper tissues and toilet paper at the supermarket. I spent the first half day of our stay shopping and cleaning. Everything looks used but is working fine. The balcony / loggia could use some fresh paint. None of the windows are closing correctly (the locks do not work). I did not realize at first that an additional security payment of 700€ was required. I am not familiar with bookings in France, but I think such payments are common practice there. Still, I was surprised it was necessary even when booking via the platform bockig.com. I received a link to document the state of the apartment with photos upon check-in and check-out. A protocol with a list of the inventory and a description of its current state would have been much appreciated. That is the common practice for car rentals, where a similar security deposit is required. There were no issues and the money was returned without further ado. I updated this evaluation after I received confirmation that the security payment head not been claimed.

Já meio antigo, mas tudo funcionando perfeitamente

Da localização e do tamanho do quarto. A sala com duas camas já fica pequena. Elétrico a porta, super e praia.

Da falta de atenção com rolos deixados dois para 4 noites, 4 pessoas. Não tinha uma esfregona para lavarmos chão. O chuveiro estragado na manga quase não tinha pressão de água. A falta de acompanhamento local. Não sabia funcionar com fogão peço ajuda as 18h respondem as 10h do dia seguinte que achavam que era tradicional. Do duche também demoraram muito. Da entrega da chave peço para confirmarem se tudo bem e não diZem nada. Acompanhamento inexistente embora eu chamasse a pessoa local ou escritório. A única preocupação e mensagens sucessivas acerca do nosso check out e caução que só depois de lá estarmos dizem poder ser até 1 mês. Pedi para ter pessoa no check in e check out e não me foi sequer respondido. Senti mesmo desacompanhamento por mais que eu fosse pedido. Só recomendaria pela localização. Agora pelo resto de certeza que não. E documentem, fotografem, tudo pois fiquei com a impressão que ao servimos pelo dinheiro da caução. Na sala há uma bancada em cima do sofá muito perigosa na qual a minha filha bateu com a vavbh
