Overall everything was great, The Owner & Mahmoud are great hosts.
The Comfort of the beds, some maintenance needed in some areas. Outdoor corridors was not clean enough.

The location is perfect as it is at seaside with a view at the Mediterrean Sea. Far away form centre but for me it was what I neede. The hosts is friendly and very helpful. You can easily get valuable information about anything in Alexandria but also in Egypt. I was nicely received and acommodated. I would recommend everybody to book the place seeking quite ambience and nice neighbourhood. The apartment is situated in protected comples with entrance gates so yoy feel safe. You are located few steps form Montazeh Palace which is a must visit in Alexandria. Much recommended place
