U have to worry when u have a car u will find a parking but it's not that easy

بصراحة انا في البداية كنت قلقان اني ادفع ثمن الحجز قبل ما أوصل خصوصا انه تم ابلاغي اني بمجرد دفع قيمة الحجز حيو صلني كود خاص بالدخول للمكان يعني من غير مفتاح ولما وصلت ودخلت فعلا فيه اهتمام بالتفاصيل النظافة وكل حاجة تم اختيارها بعناية بحيث اي حد يروح هناك يحس بجد بالراحة والأمان وكل حاجة كانت تمام من ناحية التجهيزات ونظافة ورقي وبساطة الفرش وكمان واضح ان فيه حد بيحرص علي رضي وراحة الضيوف مش مجرد مكان عادي بجد مختلف وغير تقليدي المكان قريب من جميع الخدمات والبحر مش مجرد كلام مرسل ده بجد خطوات من كل حاجة شاطيء البحر واشهر المطاعم وكمان فيه محل سمك قريب من المكان تحفة بجد واسعاره ممتازة كمان اشهر المطاعم حسني للمشويات خطوات من البيت والكافيهات ان شاء الله مش اول تعامل حاجي تاني

I had a great experience staying at this place. The location is unbeatable — just a few steps away from everything you could need. It's less than a 2-minute walk to some amazing restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. Check-in was smooth and flexible. I appreciated being able to access the property easily anytime after the designated check-in time. No hassle at all. The price was fair for what you get, especially considering the convenience of the location and the easy entry. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria.

The person we liaised with was very friendly and helpful. He also picked us up for free and dropped us off for free from/to our stations. He also gave us a home delivered dinner of good quality on the first night. Bottled water was provided for the stay. The flat was clean and had useful amenities. Snacks/treats were left in the fridge too for us. Bed on main bedroom was very comfortable.

The flat was misrepresented in pictures and description: it was in a run down apartment block, on the third floor, there was no lift and the decor was 1 or 2 star. The beds in the 2nd room weren't comfortable. The washing machine was an ancient model. The ceiling above the bath was in a poor state of repair.
