Washingtons Emerald 2 bed executive Apartment

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. We had agreed in advance with the landlord to arrive around 10 PM. When we got there, the PIN code he gave us for the key safe was wrong. We tried calling multiple times but got no response — it appeared he’d gone to bed and left us stranded. We spent hours standing outside, in the dark, trying to get help. Booking.com made promises to find us an alternative place, but nothing came through. The landlord finally messaged us around 3 AM with a different PIN code — far too late. By that point, we had spent over four hours making our journey back to London with nowhere to go. On top of that, the landlord had sent over a long list of 20+ arbitrary and controlling house rules via WhatsApp — things like “no shoes in the apartment” and other overly strict instructions that made the whole experience even more unwelcoming. Completely unprofessional, utterly frustrating, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise against booking this property.
