Perfect location and place to stay.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and efficient. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent with a wide choice available. The bedroom was a good size with a large, comfy bed, table and chairs as well as a balcony with table and chairs. The views from the room were lovely. Oberstdorf is a picturesque, peaceful town and a beautiful alpine experience. It was very quiet from 11pm all over the town.

Good location but with room for improvements on service

Very nicely located in the center of the town. Very clean room. Room for one person is small but totally enough if you use it for sleeping and refreshing only.

Even though the welcome was very friendly, the rest of the stay the staff was not really attentive. Be aware there is no reception. Question via mail were answered very short and missing parts of the questions. The breakfast time is not really convenient (8 till 10), especially if you need to check out early. A requested time change to 15 min earlier was granted via mail but did not work. Restaurant was still closed on the requested day even past the regular breakfast time with no one opening even though people were working inside. Staff at breakfast is overwhelmed with tasks, coffee takes up to 20 min. Payment receipt was only provided after requesting by mail. Towels should be replaced, they were very rough and seem well used. Replacing the soap in the shower with a shower gel instead of hand soap would be a nice touch.

Zentrale Lage in einer schönen Stadt. Tolle Unterkunft mit schönen Zimmern und einer zünftigen Stube. Das Frühstück ist mega gut unter anderem auch mit selbstgemachten Leckereien. Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Umgang. Das Personal und die Chefin waren sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert, angenehm und freundlich.

Angenehm mit Luft nach oben.

Super Lage . Wunderschönes uriges Wirtshaus mit sehr netten Bedienungen. Gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Küche.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Der Wasserdruck im Bad ist schlecht. Obwohl das Bad von der Renovierung her noch nicht so alt ist , müsste schon die Duschkabine renoviert oder gängig gemacht werden. Der Skikeller ist echt nicht als solcher zu bezeichnen. Eigentlich schade, denn es ist sehr viel Potenzial da.

Die zentralen Lage ist top , das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück war top .

Teilweise etwas laut da die Gaststätte im Haus ist . Es sind keine Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft . Die Einfahrt zur Unterkunft ist eigentlich auch nicht zulässig , da es in der Fußgängerzone ist .

Kurztrip in die Berge

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet, dass keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Lage war hervorragend und auch die Möglichkeit zu parken war sehr gut. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Matratze war etwas zu weich für mich, aber das sollte jeder für sich definieren. Ansonsten war ich wunschlos glücklich.

Ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln, trotz allem war schön.

Die sehr zentrale Lage. Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin die das Frühstück zubereitet hat. Das sehr leckere Frühstück im schönen rustikalen Gastraum.

Eine Kontaktaufnahme außerhalb der Check-In Zeiten gestaltete sich schwierig. Die Bodenfliesen und der Fußbodenaufbau im Bad sind beschädigt und sollten erneuert werden.

Gemütlich, herzliche Aufnahme, absolut sauber, perfektes Frühstück

Super Erreichbarkeit. Alles was man angefragt hat, war gar kein Thema und wurde sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt. Absolut sauber. Nirgends ein Staubkörnchen oder ein Wasserfleck. Das Frühstück war unglaublich gut und auch das Essen in der Gaststätte war reichlich und lecker

Die Playlisten beim Frühstück ;o) dazu muss ich allerdings dazu schreiben, ich war noch nie in einem Hotel, in dem mein Musikgeschmack gespielt wurde, liegt an meinem Musikgeschmack;o)
