    I returned an iPhone someone left with her package of sanitary towel to the receptionist. This woman started having a verbal attack at me for returning the phone and how I found it with the owners sanitary towel. This woman is a jobs worth and should not be employed to work to attack another woman for doing good? I'd never go here again the toilets were disgusting and there is as only one available on all 3 floors?!!!!!

    Best bunk beds in town. Friendly place, quiet and clean with a good kitchen. Like all hostels it's up for the customers to keep it as good as they find.

    The positives: - located in a really nice area - has a kitchen and a couch with a TV and a really nice terrace - the bed was comfy and had curtains for privacy and usb plugs to charge your phone in case you forgot to bring an adaptor - you can store your luggage (after 17:00 you need to pay a 5 pound fee) The negatives: - the upper floor gets extremely hot in the summer. Our room did not have A/C, just a fan, and we were literally fried in there. Needles to say I couldn’t sleep any of the nights I stayed there. since it was so hot I avoided being in the room as much as I could which made it impossible to get any proper rest. I’d urge the hostel to install A/C on the upper floors, cause a fan and the tiny bit you can open the window to get some fresh air inside are not enough. - the bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning - did not really feel welcoming, but I also can’t compare it with the vibes in other hostels in London
