Location near the Findlay market was convenient as the market has some interesting stalls and ethnic restauarants. One street parking pass comes with the rental. Garage parking for $5 per day is 3 blocks away at TQL stadium. It's essentially a 3 story townhome with kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. There is an outdoor patio enclosed by a gait that provides some privacy. The kitchen has just about all the essentials for meal preparation including a range and microwave. There is a bistro table with seating for 4. There is a 50 inch TV, couch and a few chairs in the living room. There is a half bath on this level as well. Everything is smartly decorated. There is a full bath on the 3rd floor with a large garden tub, two waterfall shower heads, and two sinks. Water pressure is good. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other a queen. Both options are comfortable. We were 4 adults and one teenager and there was ample space for a weekend getaway.

Over the Rhine (OTR) is evolving so at this time, there is a good deal of street noise at night (loud cars, motorcycles and people) and refuse on the street. More upscale dining and shopping options are a few blocks away.
