About this house rental
While this is not a luxury stay (there are many in the area that are lux stays and super nice), your family/group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, newly updated place. We just finished a three-floor renovation and cannot wait to host you and your family/friends. Get ready for a Bengals, Reds or FC Cincinnati, afternoon at the zoo or Children's Museum, jazz concert in beautiful Washington Park around the corner or world class restaurants and enticing bars within a stone's throw. You will surely love being centrally located and in the same house as your family members/friends (say goodbye to disconnected units or needing hotel keycards to check in with another member of your group/family member)

Very happy with the house…everything was as expected. Perfect location for the Opening Day parade too :)

The house itself was fine and met our basic expectations, but I want to make future guests aware of an issue with parking. The listing advertises three parking spots, but that is not accurate. We were able to park a medium SUV, however the gate would not close if we tried to fit a compact car in the second spot, and the “third” spot simply does not exist.
While we were on the way to the property, we received a message stating there was construction on a neighboring lot a few doors down that is rented for additional parking, and that the third parking space would not be available. In reality, the neighboring property has been completely torn down and is currently just a large hole in the ground, so this is not a temporary inconvenience—it’s likely to be unavailable for quite some time.
