Breathtaking view from a confortable, roomy apartment

Apartment 1 is comfortable, with plenty of space and a breathtaking view of Antwerp. Secure and quiet building (even though the noise from the traffic can be disturbing at times), modern parking and excellent location in the port neighbourhood, a stone throw from the centre. Good value for money during the week. Overall clean. Kitchen well equipped. Good furniture, including good beds.

Small issues that taken separately wouldn't be a big deal, but that taken together make the place feel somewhat poorly maintained. Examples: none of the 3 lights/neons under the kitchen cupboards worked, making it hard to cook in the evening. The kitchen hood didn't work. The dishwasher was missing one chest, was quite loud and didn't quite clean the dishes... some of the towels, although clean, were stained and very worn off, really, more like rags for cleaning the floor than towels to use on your body. Also the silicon along the bathtub was black. It was not dirty but it made an otherwise nice bathroom look unhygienic.... And I pass. Many of these issues are super easy to fix, so hopefully they will be addressed before long to make the place meet its full potential.

Nice apartment with good parking and in a great location

There was no breakfast. The location was fine.

The oven door was broken (the glass was broken). I would recommend switching out the towels. They are the harshest, roughest towels I have experienced in 40 years of travel worldwide. The TV was so small as to be almost unwatchable. Considering how cheap 40+ inch TVs are, that would also seem to be an easy upgrade.

Perfect location for a business trip to Antwerp.

Fantastic view on the city and harbor. Very spacious apartment and bathroom. Good working fridge and kitchen. Very reasonably priced parking space can be added as an extra. Basically everything you need for a short or long stay in Antwerp.

everything was perfect, especially the view out of the window during the night. Service was excellent, parking fee was fair and convenient, rooms were clean

Walking to the city center is a bit far away, but for people who like to enjoy the culture by walking through the city would be a great experience

The apartment is much smaller than expected and certainly not 100 m2. Very noisy since cleaning and laundry washing starts next to this apartment early morning on both Saturday and Sunday. The laundry is next to the front door. Absolutely horrific was the oven with a broken window inside with glass coming out. Dangerous! Will not come back.

Great modern apartment with an amazing view of the city!

Beautiful view to the city from the balcony. Everything was clean and modern. We had some problems with the lock when checking in, but the hosts were easy to reach by phone and they were able to help us immediately.

Location good but no water, light or clean

The location and the view as well as the check in progress

There was no cold water at some point so the shower was way too hot. Also the light in the bathroom was not working. In the general the apartment would be nice in general but a bit run down

Great price and great location on a surprisingly fantastic city

Location was very close to historical centre and there's a tram literally outside the door. Kitchen was well equipped, aircon was not working but a great cooling fan was put in place. Netflix and great internet provided at no extra charges. Quite enough area with supermarkets, coffee shops and a number of restaurants nearby

Towels and toilet paper replaced by request only, there should have been a schedule presented to us. Door to terrace has a locker but no key, the apartments is on the 12th floor and you are never calm with children. Bathrooms were just clean, I would recommend better service there as that's the first place customers look at.

beautiful views

it was boiling hot when we arrived and there was no way to cool the place down. we couldn’t sleep. just too hot. the front door had an automatic locking system that wasn’t working properly. we couldnt unlock it. we were stuck inside until we insisted about ten times pushing the electronic system button.

Convenient location with parking included.

Received an email showing how to access the garage and the apartment.

The description made it look like there was air conditioning. It was a hot day when we arrived and we were disappointed by the temperature in the apartment. We spoke with the owner who offered a refund but we stayed. Luckily it cooled off the first night and we were comfortable sleeping with the windows open.
