The staff was nice, and the cleaners too, they answered all out questions and helped us when needed, very good location, but no place to park your buggy if you decide to rent one
The room was horrible, small, the AC was crazy it would go up alone to 27 degrees in the middle of the night. While using the AC we would have water falling down from the roof, it was so hot in the room that the floor would be humid and wet, also the walls are so thin that we could hear our very annoying neighbors, even after asking them to make less noise they didn't care, they just proceeded to making more. The bathroom is tiny for a room for 3 people. Would recommend going elsewhere for the same price. Also it smelled bad.
