Appartement très propre avec tout l'équipement inclus.
Le propriétaire est très réactif et arrangeant, notamment pour le parking (place en souterrain au top).
L'arrêt de bus ligne 54 (pour rejoindre le centre directement) est à 50m, parfait.

Apartment has much much more than we need. Every detail was considered. I need to make a long list of items available in the apartment. There were full kitchen with even Easter egg chocolates, cookies, coffee capsules, croissants, toast breads, milk etc. Washing and drying machines and even detergent. Host was like hosting a friend of her/him not a customer.
Instructions we got to enter the apartment and to park the car were so clear that no room for misunderstanding.
It was the best place we stayed during our 17-day trip in Italy.
Bus stop and market are right across the street. You can find very tasty and affordable food and meals in the store.

El apartamento es hermoso, tal cual las fotos tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta! No faltó nada, el colchón excelente, wifi perfecto, calefaccion, ducha caliente muy buena, es un poco chica la ducha para alguien grande pero para nosotros fue perfecta. Está equipado con todos los elementos de cocina e higiene necesarios.Muy buena ubicación, hay supermercados y tiendas de todo tipo cerca. Excelente parqueo privado y techado incluído en el precio lo cual es perfecto porque en toda italia los parqueos son muy costosos y dificiles de conseguir.
Gracias caterina y silvio por estar atentos a nuestros mensajes, por ser tan atentos y brindar un excelente servicio, pasamos dias hermosos en Siena!!!

Appartamento esattamente come si vede nelle foto: pulito, accogliente e molto curato. È dotato di tutti i comfort, tra cui merendine per la colazione, qualche capsula di caffè, una bottiglia d'acqua e prodotti base per poter cucinare. Presente anche tutto l’occorrente per la casa: utensili da cucina, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, prodotti per la pulizia, Wi-Fi e due TV. L’oste è stato sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e le istruzioni per accedere alla casa e al parcheggio privato (oltre a quelle per utilizzare al meglio l'appartamento) sono state sempre molto chiare. La posizione è ottima: vicino casa ci sono una fermata dell’autobus, un supermercato, un bar e un fast food. In auto si raggiunge il centro di Siena in circa 10 minuti (usufruendo di parcheggi a pagamento o strisce blu), oppure con una passeggiata di 30 minuti (in salita).
Nulla. Magari solo un paio di cuscini in più farebbero comodo.
