Property was clean, great location, close to tube stations and a short walk to the river and Notre Dame Cathedral.
The flat was located on the 3rd floor with no lift. Anyone considering staying there should check suitability. It was ok for us, the kids are old enough not to be carried.

Poor maintenance and unprofessional service. * Smell: Persistent sewage odor. * Plumbing: Bathroom water lines reversed; no hot water in the kitchen. * Safety: Loose floorboard in the kitchen. * Service: Unprofessional to ignore these construction errors without informing guests.

The property was central and in a good location.
The apartment is situated on the top floor and if you’re travelling with luggage it is really difficult to carry your suitcase up the stairs as there is no lift. The water pressure in the shower is quite poor and there is barely any hot water. There is also no air conditioning.
