The apartment was open and so spacious, everything was clean and the location was perfect to walk to several key places and a 5 minute walk to the metro.

If you have mobility issues, the only way to get to the upper floors is a windy stairs and the wood floor in the bedroom needed some repair.

Location is perfect, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, next to a street full of shops for everyone, different subway lines nearby! You can leave the bags before or after your trips for a few hours in a locked space which is very handy!

No AC which in the summer can be very tough, even with two fans as they don’t bring the temperature of the apartment down.

The location was exceptional. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The neighbors were all very kind and friendly.

It was a little awkward to have the toilet on the opposite side of the apartment from the bathroom. The laundry machine did not work so it wasn’t worth the extra cost to have access to it.

The unit was very large and spacious for the price

There was no air conditioning and Paris was experiencing a heat wave. We could have used some AC Biggest issue, there is no onsite management and staff is not easily reachable. Fortunately our taxi driver assisted us in communicating in french or I don't think we would have gained access to the room. Everything is done long distance. However, not all the fault of the staff, they sent instructions to the phone I registered with, but for some reason my phone service quit working once in France with this particular phone. Our other phones worked but not the one I registered with
