Very comfortable beds, fantastic location near to the metro. 24 hour staff availability, boutique feel, very quiet at night considering in the middle of the city, lovely strong shower, air con is a must in summer months

Very good location, in a good arrondissement of Paris. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, functional walk-in shower, mini-fridge and safe available, earlier check-in allowed by the hotel, if the room is available. Surprisingly diverse breakfast (boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt, butter, jam, tomatoes, cucumber, pastries, muffins, biscuits, coffee), but a tiny bit of everything, considering the very little space available. The room facing the boulevard had a nice view and despite that, it was not as noisy as one would expect.

Everything is small in this hotel - the corridors, the room, the bathroom and the breakfast area (not unusual for Paris, though). Every time the shower/sink were used, there was a lot of water on the floor. Also, for security reasons, the key must be left at the reception every time you leave (inconvenient, but the reception is open 24/7, so we had no issues with this). Breakfast pictures could be updated, so that they reflect the reality. Disposable slippers not offered by the hotel, but could be useful.

In a great location for walking around paris. Room was on the small size (typical for Paris) but was clean and extremely good value for money.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The location not too bad, conveniently close to Gare de L'Est.

The air circulation (ventillation) is clearly not working. So I had keep the window open at night, which was noisy. The whole room and hotel looks tired and in need refurbishment.
