Location. Clean and suited our needs
Bathroom door is unstable. Stove took ages to heat up hot plates .

The location for me (I had no transport) was within easy reach of faciltities, being only a short walk to town.
If I were using public transport access to the key would have been restrictive. A lock box at the property would be preferred.

The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.
There was no proper hanging space for our clothes. The sliding door was off its track. The microwave was in too high a position for a short person to use safely. The television was too low on the wall and you had to be careful not to run into when passing by it. The tiles in the shower were a bit slippery for elderly people to feel safe using the shower. The light cover on the fan light was missing. The step up into the bathroom was higher than any we have encountered before.
