Schöne Unterkunft,gute Lage,sehr ruhig zum Schlafen. Das Servicepersonal vor Ort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Küche ist extrem knapp ausgestattet. Kochen ist praktisch nicht möglich (ausser Frühstück). Waschmaschine war nicht wie beschrieben im Apartment. Kein fliessendes Wasser am ersten Abend. Der Verantwortliche Mauricio war unfreundlich,hat das Telefon abgebrochen,als ich eine Lösung wollte. Preis-Leistung nicht optimal.

De locatie was top zo midden in het centrum. Appartement zag er mooi uit en service was erg goed.
Geen aparte wc waardoor je altijd via de slaapkamers naar de wc moest. Dat is vervelend voor de slaapkamer zonder badkamer.
Parkeren is lastig in de oude stad.
Keuken is niet echt ruim ingericht met spullen om te kunnen koken.

The location was really fantastic. It was also a very spacious apt. Our local contact was - or tried to be - very helpful.
I booked a three bedroom, 2 bath apt. In general you'd think that one of the two bathrooms would be located in a hallway, at least outside of a bedroom. Unfortunately that was not the case. The couple sleeping in bedroom three had no access to a toilet/bathroom and had to walk through one of the other bedrooms in order to use facilities. Also, the A/C in one bedroom was leaking, so much so we had to cover the floor with towels and put a pan underneath the AC to collect the water. This could not be fixed in the two days we were there. One of the toilets didn't work upon arrival (which was fixed on day 2). Further, there were no blankets on the beds. The beds just had a thin sheet. It was way too cold to sleep at night since we had to keep the A/C on for it not to get too humid/warm. We covered ourselves with pool towels... We requested blankets, however, they provided us with only two blankets for four beds on day 2 of our stay.

Location and the property itself was unique
AC in one of the bedrooms was broken. Lots of small maintenance issues. Kitchen poorly stocked. Pool was gross and the water looked stagnant.
