Great spot- ideal for a small group. Fantastic communication. If you have issues with stairs the 2 bedrooms upstairs might be an issue but there’s a large room downstairs. Excellent location- very clean. Great dipping pool to beat the heat. Only suggestion might be a few more towels for those guests with a longer stay.

Great location. Parking not easy. Walk to whatever in Casco Viejo. No bathroom downstairs. 2nd floor. Really nice place. Will return.

Overall, we really liked the property. A few things that could have happened to make it a 5. The internet for our unit quit working after the first day. I still had to work to do and no internet provided challenges. The lift was not working. We were on the top floor, about 2 1/2 floors. This would have been a major burden if we had large suitcases. On the plus side, the apartment was nicely designed and comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great and walkable to restaurants, shops and parks. Even with a few issues, we recommend Casa Diez.

If you want to stay in the historic district it’s the perfect location. Be mindful that gps won’t take you to the correct location so be patient as look.
