Love the location and the rooftop pool.
The neighboring property had a rooftop fan that was incredibly loud all day and night. It was especially annoying at the rooftop and nearly ruined the "chill" mood.

Quaint apartment with just about everything you need in a great part of town full of attractions and restaurants
Internet didn’t work for almost a week. Water pressure in the shower is really bad, you’re going to spend a lot of time in there hoping to get wet. Maintenance crew did come around and changed the shower head for a smaller one, but later told me that the building supply pressure is too low. Was not resolved during our stay
