I vicini hanno diversi cani che hanno abbaiato spesso di notte e un paio sono passati nel nostro giardino di giorno

It's a very cozy renovated traditional house with a lot of respect for the orginal charme and architecture, with a nice swimming pool and magnificent view over Istrian hills and country side. Ideal starting point for challenging hikes and mountainbike trials. The outdoor kitchen is a much appreciated and welcome plus. There even is a basketball court close by. And the nextdoor neighbours produce and sell excellent olive oil. Excellent base camp for excursions to Pula, Rabac, Labin, Porec, Groznjan, Motovun and Buzet of course.

The house is located is a small town with a lot of chickens and dogs, who do make noise at some points of the day. It's mostly quiet or not disturbing though. Groceries are best done in large amounts as the nearest supermarket is in Buzet at about 15 min driving from Krusvari where the house is located.
