Good location, kind host. Need to change the matress, add ventilation, wardrobe and dark curtains.
The location is central and the communication with the host was nice. The apartment was clean and there is cleaning equipment to use if you want. There is heating so we didn t feel cold at all.
The host really needs to change the matress, it was so soft and even at some points bubbles were created. Sleeping is very important when someone books an apartment especially if there are back or neck issues. I would recommend two types of pillows for each guest, a soft one and a hard. Also, the apartment provides cooking equipment (they need to add another good chopping knife), but there is no ventilation so every odour remains in the apartment. I would recommend also dark curtains or shutters so people from opposite building can not see the guests. At the moment there is just a see-through curtain. We booked for 10 days and we kept our stuff in the bags because there was no wardrobe. Also we carried them for two floors because the apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is no elevator. The building is old and smells like old with a mix of weed smoke possible from other people living in it. There is a bar downstairs but people have no access in the building so you just meet people when you go outside the main building door.

Dirty flat ruined our stay
The studio would be great if it was clean. Good size room, basic but adequate. Washing machine in cellar ask for instructions.
The flat was dirty, the floor had fluff balls and hair behind the doors and under basin and in the shower . The sheet was stained and the bedding was dirty and towels smelt of cigarette smoke. Being offered a reduction to stay next time wasn't what was required. The owner should have organised the room to be cleaned and bedding changed.

Das Studio ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Nette Dekoration mit Bildern und künstlichen Pflanzen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Die Sauberkeit von Boden, Tassen und Pfannen waren mangelhaft. Den Vorhang neu einhängen. Kleine Beschädigungen WC, Lavabo und Küche

Schlicht und einfach
Es hat alles was man benötigt, es ist zentrumsnah und das Personal bzw. diebPerson , mit der iich geschrieben habe, war sehr freundlich.
Das Check-In mit dem Schlüssel ist einfach und unkompliziert. Man bekam genügend Informationen. Für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche passt es von der Räumlichkeit ganz gut, vor allem wenn man alleine unterwegs ist. Zu zweit wäre es vlt. einbisschen zu klein.
Grundsätzlich war es sauber, einige stellen könnten etwas besser abgestubt werden. Es riecht etwas nach abgestandenen Rauch im Treppenhaus, wobei das Studio auch einen Eigengeschmack bekommt, mit Lüften geht es aber gut.

Zweckmässiges Studio aber nicht ganz sauber und .......
Es ist wie auf den Fotos, eins zu eins so. Kleines aber gemütliches und schönes Studio. Es gibt, W-Lan, TV, Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeiten. Eigenes Bad mit Dusche, WC. Im Studio 1 kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen und ein Bett für 2 Personen. Sehr nah am Zentrum und Altstadt. Bahnhof SBB ca.10min.zu Fuss oder 2 Busse die dort hin fahren. Einchecken mit Schlüsselbox lief super und der Austausch mit Salome war auch gut. Preis-Leistung war gut. Bettwäsche und Duschtücher waren vorhanden und Reinigungsgebühr und Kurtaxen auch schon inkl. Wenn sie die Putzkraft besser einweisen und kontrollieren und par Wartungsarbeiten vornehmen, wird es wieder ein Top Studio. Das mit dem Wohlfühlen draussen muss jeder für sich wissen, ob er das möchte oder nicht.
Es war nicht sauber geputzt, im Bad in der Dusche und im Lavabo waren noch schwarze sehr lange Haare da, denke vom Vorgast. Das Lavabo im Bad war total verstopft, es lief kein Wasser mehr ab. Konnten dort keine Zähne putzen, Hände oder Gesicht waschen. Im Bad und im Studio waren 100te von Fruchtfliegen, keine Ahnung von wo die kamen, haben alles durchsucht. Zuerst wussten wir nicht, wie man die Storre hochmachen kann, es gab nichts zum hochmachen. Irgendwann haben wir gecheckt das man die Storre von Hand hoch und runter ziehen kann. Wir haben andere Gäste angetroffen die auch gleichzeitig einchecken wollten aber ihr Code für die Schlüsselbox ging nicht und es war niemand ereichbar. Dauerte Stunden bis sie rein konnten. Unten ist eine Bar, Lion Bar, das Studio befindet sich im 2ten Stock und Richtung Strasse, oberhalb von der Bar. Nachtruhe ist von 22 Uhr bis 08 Uhr, aber das könnte man sich sparen, weil es sowieso übertrieben laut ist, man muss aber das einzigste Fenster offen haben, da es viel zu heiss war sonst. Das Bett ist direkt vor dem Fenster. In der ersten Nacht ist er schon um 22 Uhr eingeschlafen, ich konnte nicht schlafen, da die Matratze viel viel zu weich war und es zu heiss war und um 23.50 uhr immernoch viel zu laut war. Die haben in der Bar und vor dem Haus so rumgeschriehen, ich dachte, die stehen im Studio so laut war es. Die 2te Nacht, zuerst waren wir noch spazieren um unsre letzte gute Nacht Ziggarette zu Rauchen aber es waren so komische Gestalten unterwegs. Drogensüchtige und Dealer. Sind schnell zurück. Um 00.10 war wieder ein Rumgeschreie draussen, direkt unter unsrem Fenster war der Eingang vom Nachbarshaus und dort sassen 3 Männer auf der Treppe und 2 Standen und haben irgendwas gedealt und einer wollte eine Playstation für Fr.410.- verkaufen. Also wirklich wohl und sicher habe ich mich in dieser Gegend nicht gefühlt. Bis 02 uhr morgens war es sehr laut. Zum Glück waren wir nur 2 Nächte dort.
