Micaela was super responsive to questions and really helpful. The property is in an excellent location, quiet yet within walking distance to a huge number of eateries. Clean and spacious with all of the amenities you could want.

Location close to Metro & walking distance to most sights. Very comfortable bed & good air conditioning. Washing machine was a bonus as our luggage got lost.
No information on how to use appliances. The book which we found on day 2 amongst others on the bookshelf had very scant info. This needs to be left on the bench so you see it when you first arrive. We never worked out how to even get free to air TV to work. No microwave - if the oven is a dual oven we couldn’t work it out. Having to take our own rubbish out. The ‘concierge’ just handed over the key & we had to ask him to show us where the apartment was & how to access.

Bu otelin tanımında yoktu, anahtarı aldığım kapıcı , sadece anahtarı vermekle görevli idi, ingilizcem iyi olmadığı için ev sahibi ile iletişim kuramadım, aircondation soğuk havaya çevrilmişti, üşüdüm, çöpler toplanmıyor, sadece son gün temizleyici zamanında geldi, ucuz değildi, ,verdiğim paraya değmedi,. Booking denetim elemanlarının daha iyi değerlendrme yapmaları gerekir.
