Tanto el comedor como las habitaciones son correctas. El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y el centro está bastante cerca.

La calefacción es suficiente en las habitaciones, NO así en la planta baja (cocina, comedor y sala de estar) en donde hace frío. Igualmente el baño y la ducha están muy anticuados.
