Wonderful, I'd love to come back one day!

I really enjoyed my stay (which was to short, obviously... :)). The Location is great, the house is newly renovated. Hosts are really nice, everything (including communication) is super easy and enjoyable. Small supermarket is really close (2 min walking distance). The house even has a very nice sauna and wellness/relax area, which I didn't expect but came as a pleasant surprise. My apartment was spacious and cosy, I particularly loved the fabulous kitchen area. It was possible to enter the garden directly from the open kitchen/livingroom-space, which was like the best treat in the morning to enjoy the beautiful view onto the Stelvio.

The only thing I'd want to mention is that the entrance door to the apartment is a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear other guests in the stairwell. It depends on the guests, though, and it's really no biggie.

Keys are in a lockbox but owner met us and helped us with luggage. Super nice!

It’s the perfect accomodation for a couple

The location was exceptional (5 min walk from the ski lifts and the city centre). The whole apartment was clean, and exactly like in the pictures. The hosts were so nice before the arrival: they answered fastly and were easy to reach out to, making sure everything was ready and well prepared (they even accepted my special request to decor the room for a surprise and were so kind for that). Moreover, they were so welcoming at the arrival, as they helped us with the check-in and showed us all the facilities.

Nice and modern accommodation, perfect as a starting point for sporting activities around Bormio

Perfect base for cycling. The property is more then well prepared for cyclists, the host even gave us recommendations for MTB routes around Bormio.

The best location, immaculately clean property and wonderful hosts.

The hosts, Luca, Renata and Lino could not have been more hospitable. We had a medical issue and they went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Above and beyond what they needed to do. We will be forever grateful. The property itself is immaculately clean. It had everything you could want for and the location was perfect with a supermarket at the end of the driveway along with restaurants and Gelateria! We were there for a cycling holiday and the bike facilities were excellent. Very safe and easy to get on to the rides from the doorstep. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A very comfortable place in the centre of Bormio

We really enjoyed our stay at Baita LARIX, everything was just perfect. The location in he centre of Bormio and the quality of the apartment itself was outstanding. We were greeted by Luca who helped us with the luggage and Renata who explained how everything worked. We certainly would stay there again!

The apartment is really comfortable and cozy and it has everything you could need. Luca is very kind and always answers really fast. The neighborhood is next to the very famous and amazing mountain pass Stelvio and in the center of Bormio.

Lokalizacja 10 min pieszo od wyciągu, można też skorzystać ze skibusa z bliskiego przystanku. Dostępny duży parking. Obiekt nowy, rewelacyjna sauna idealna do relaksu po nartach. Przemiłe przekazanie kluczy i wskazówek na czas pobytu. Obiekt nowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Jedyne co byśmy dodali to suszarki do butów w boksach do przechowywania. Poza tym idealnie :).

Struttura nuovissima e pulitissima, con tutti i comfort al suo interno. Ottima posizione della casa, personale gentile e possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel loro box privato molto spazioso. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno qui.

Struttura stupenda in centro

Struttura molto accogliente,arredata benissimo, pulita , con parcheggio dedicato e vicinissima al centro di Bormio per potersi muovere a piedi. Ho visto che a breve sarà pronta anche una sauna interna, plus non indifferente!

Avrei apprezzato per il prezzo pagato la colazione, vero che il centro offre diversi bar e pasticcerie ,ma è un servizio che dovrebbero integrare.

Ottima struttura in centro

Posizione centralissima, parcheggio coperto molto comodo, struttura di fresca ristrutturazione con abbondanza di legno negli interni e finiture di qualità. Letto comodo, bel bagno con doccia grande e finestra sulle montagne. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Pulizia impeccabile.

Purtroppo la struttura è senza ascensore. Per migliorare l'esperienza consiglio di aggiungere un comodino (nella nostra camera un lato del letto ne era sprovvisto), uno specchio in camera e qualche gancio in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani vicino al lavandino.

Relax in centro a Bormio

Appartamento nuovo e pulito; il bagno era spazioso e la cucina ben fornita. Servizi ottimi tra cui: garage coperto e possibilità (gratuitamente) di fare la lavatrice e successivamente stendere i panni. C’era inoltre un box riservato per riporre le bici

L’unica nota negativa è che l’appartamento non era ben insonorizzato, si sentiva quindi il rumore provenire dai vicini o dall’esterno
