הבית מרווח ביותר, נקי ומלא בפינות חמד עם צמחים, עבודות עץ ועוד, מרפסת ענקית עם פינות ישיבה שצופה על 180 מעלות מהבניין - מצד אחד על הים ומצד שני על הכרמל, אוויר נהדר ונעים גם ביום חם. בבית 4 חדרי שינה מרווחים, סלום גדול, שני חדרי אמבטיה. זה בית שגרים בו כך שהכל מאובזר לחלוטין, ומצד שני צריך לדעת, אנחנו הגענו ללילה אחד משפחה של 5 ולנו התאים מאוד מאוד!

הבית די גדול, היינו 5 אנשים והיה מרווח מאוד, יש לציין שמתגוררים בבית אנשים בשאר הזמן לכן ישנם רהיטים וחפצים שלהם, אך כאשר אנו הגענו פחות הרגשנו כך. הבית קרוב לחיפה לאזורים של בילויים וגם לשאר מקומות טיולים בצפון, אין מרחק משמעותי ממקומות מרכזיים.
סהכ היה מעולה, אם היה חנייה פרטית היה יותר ממעולה, למרות זאת יש מגוון מקומות חנייה מתחת לבניין
