We enjoyed the beautiful view from the apartment and the location right on the beach and next to the restaurants and bars.
The apartment and the building were clean, although the building needs renovation.
The communication with Ella was easy and efficient.
The porter at the reception barely spoke English, the check in was slow and he directed us to the wrong part of the building, so we had to go back and forth several times until we found the apartment.
The soundproofing of the wall between the bathroom and one of the bedrooms was poor, so we had to avoid using the bathroom sink when someone was sleeping. Also, the sewage pipes behind the washing machine need to be checked.

Parking- no parking outside and the indoor parking garage was a mess, dirty and smells bad.
Lobby was super hot. No air conditioning.
