The location, it’s very close to the mall

the lift there is only one life so we have to wait so long just to go up and down

Some parts of the ceiling had webs and black stuff

A1 location as it is beside KSL City Mall about 3 mins walk without needing to cross any road. Nice and spacious studio. Quiet and comfortable family- friend stay. Management is very responsive and helpful. We’ll sure come back again 👍🏻

If only the lifts are all working.

poor check in communication & poor maintenance. check in communication: this is a self serve ‘service apartment type’ property without reception. During booking - I selected 2-3pm as check in time. received message from property saying keys can be self collected at 2pm, and check in at 3pm. on day itself at 1.45pm, I informed I would be arriving soon and was told that keys would ONLY be available for collection at 2.45pm not 2.00pm. After some text exchange, they released the keys at 2pm. wifi login and name is not displayed in the apartment. I asked the property and reply is ‘inside here’ to a 17page manual check in .pdf. maintenance: sound of dripping water can be heard for long time after you use any taps. bathtub is leaking. main door lock is not working well. bedroom sliding door is spoilt. bedroom aircon needs maintenance.
