Apartamentul în sine!

Putin surprins de apartament, pe baza review-urilor anterioare. Ca plusuri avem locatia buna (aproape de centru, restauranta, magazine, parc), are parcare cu plata chiar in fata blocului (gratuit in weekend), linistit. Pentru o sedere de scurta durata (1, maxim 2 nopti) nu prea ai de ce sa te plangi. Dar departe de a fi atat de exceptional precum reiese din alte review-uri (vezi minusuri mai jos)

Apartamentul este micut, basic, impersonal. Noi am avut furnici in apartament, baia este foarte mica (dar functionala), bucataria echipata cu minimul absolut necesar, curatenia asa si asa, usa de la balcon se inchide extrem de greu (sotia nu reusea sa o inchida), lenjeriile de pat sunt sintetice si destul de neplacute pentru cei mai sensibili. Dormitul pe canapea (in caz ca sunteti mai mult de doua persoane) este asa si asa - o parte din canapea e inclinata, deci dificil de dormit pe ea. Daca doarme o singura persoana pe ea, va fi OK, fiindca are o parte dreapta (se mai deplaseaza, dar nu incat sa nu mai poti dormi). Lenjeriile de pat pentru canapea sunt mai scurte decat canapeaua in sine.

As a regular traveler, I gave a negative rating and also suggest the following improvements to the owner: it is very difficult to find the apartment, especially because the street name and house number are not clearly visible. It would be very helpful if the owner put a sign with the name of the apartment on the wall of the house (or at least a clearly visible number). It is also recommended to write on the BOOKING.com platform that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.The price shown for parking is no longer correct. Currently, it is 3 lei per hour and you have to pay from 7 to 18, the daily parking fee is 30 lei. The apartment works without a key, only with a code. At first, this seems like a professional solution, but at night it caused some bad thoughts, what if someone heard or knew the code and opened it while we were sleeping. I suggest having a latch that can only be locked from the inside, or a chain, or anything else that increases the feeling of security. The bottom of the shower is so slippery that you can NOT stand in it without slippers or a bath mat. It is an accident hazard! It is absolutely necessary to have some kind of anti-slip surface and I recommend installing a handrail as well. We only stayed for 1 night, so it didn't really cause any inconvenience for us, but I recommend the following: doormat or entrance mat, at least 1 light above or near the sink, at least 1 floor lamp in the living room (not just the only ceiling light), I missed the drip tray next to the sink, some tea towels and if I had cooked, well, the kitchen equipment is extremely lacking.
