Comfortable. Location. Ensuite was larger than my bathroom. 2 car spaces.

Front door was hard to open. Sticky. Not your fault but both smoke alarms started beeping. The phone number we were given to talk us thru fixing it was the wrong number. The gentleman didn’t look after unit 11 but was great and still helped us.

Spacious, lots of balconies, loved watching the birds in the trees. Two bathrooms, pleasant decor, lots of kitchen/dining utensils. Grateful for the coffee plunger! Such close proximity to the markets along the waterfront and the shops. Very quiet, being at the back of the building. Parking space was excellent and secure.

I called to check if linen was provided, was assured that it was. About an hour after arrival at the apartment, I realised there were no towels or sheets and called about it, just before closing time. Dealt with swiftly, but we had to make our own beds. No washers/facecloths were provided so I had to purchase some at Woolworths. Limited liquid hand-soap and toilet paper, no shampoo, body wash, soap or hairdryer. Very small provision of tea and coffee. As a result, more purchases had to be made.

Very friendly customer service. Great location and size of apartment, especially bedrooms. Secure car spaces were also convenient.

Dirty dishes, had to wash practically everything before using it. Shower head pressure was terrible. We killed 3-5 cockroaches every night. They were everywhere, on the lounge, the kitchen bench, the wardrobes. We had to purchase our own bug spray to spray the whole apartment including the balconies. The pool was unusable, very dirty.
