The TV needs updating badly and some free to air channels could not be accessed (e.g channel 7 in which I count watch the test cricket). The TV had on old set top box (which possibly didn’t work). So a new smart TV would really be good 👍
See my comment on the need for a new ‘all channel capture’ smart TV. The pool was fab ass was the location and I’ve rebooked for the same time next year .

Only thing I could say was when we arrived the place did have a funny smell ( maybe a closed up musty smell ) and then when we used the taps the pipe in the laundry let off a bad smell for the time we were there. Would still recommend this place and we loved the stay.

Location was great, pool and courts very good.. Unit was otherwise clean..
Furniture needs an update.. Beding needs renewing or a least a wash... Stove was very dirty , also oven not clean.. Too much old cutlery, While these thing might sound frivolous, its important when other people have been using them.

The unit is very basic. No wifi. It needs a good refurbish and pest control. People living at the units do not like children. I had 11 and 12 year old boys. They played marco polo in pool and were told to shut up by residents. We spent the least amount of time there.
