    Room was very clean and hotel in good location. Staff was not the friendliest but that can be overlooked given the room was excellent. There was no free coffee in the lobby, only Lavazza in the room.

    As others mentioned, they keep your deposit. No call back, no response to E-Mails, no nothing. Not even a cup of coffee in the morning and beware of parking your car there for a few minutes extra ... they threaten you with immediate towing. And if you want to enter the spa, they make sure you are locked out should the door shut. And don't enter the spa if temp over 103... lol, and how would one measure that. The place is a CYA, corporate lawyer trap probably run by venture capitalist.

    They keep your $50/nite deposit, and I assure everyone, we used no facilities and left room spotless. Don't reply to phonecalls,nor 2 emails. No coffee, no breakfast and they closed kitchen early. Private equity must be trying to maximize profits. After 2 day stay, they wouldn't allow a couple hours parking ... would have been appreciated.
