Cozy Updated 3-BR apartment near Peace Bridge

Very clean and fresh. Space was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Owner was very nice and helpful. Property was very clean and well stocked.

The location wasn’t great. And the description was misleading and I expected 2 bathrooms with showers, but there is only 1.5 baths.

Everything was very clean, and organized. There was a lot of accommodation per room, which is nice. The AC could be changed per room which I liked since to each their own!

The house was spacious, clean, and had creative decor, with lots of plants. It was hot when we were there, so we appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms. We were also grateful for the option to do laundry. We did not prepare any meals in the kitchen, so I can't speak to how well equiped it was. The host was very quick with response time, which I appreaciated, although he thought I was trying to check in early (3:30), when my time slot (15:00-16:00) had already been approved through this site.

The location of this property is in what appears to be an economically depressed area of town, which I didn't realize when I had booked it. If you go a block or two one direction, there is a convenience store with bars on the windows. A block or two the other way and there are boarded up shops. There are homes in various states of disrepair all around the neighborhood, mixed in with the ones that are kept up. The first night we were there, someone was playing really loud music outside until 1 AM. If I had done more research on the area, I would not have picked this property, because I didn't fully feel safe in this neighborhood. The price at first appeared reasonable for the amount of space provided, but it was overpriced for that area. I would not stay here again, even though the property itself was clean and comfortable.
