Salotto toledo

This is a unique property in the Spanish Quarter. Vehicles cannot drive to the entrance, which is very difficult to find if you think you are looking for a traditional hotel. It would be helpful for the hotel to send a photo of the entrance or post one on the website so it would be easier to find. However, once you find it, it's a great spot. So central to everything and spotlessly clean. A wonderful little balcony overlooking the chaotic street that is surprisingly quiet at night. Wonderful front desk staff. Convenient baggage storage at a small fee. As a woman traveling alone, I would like to have had a deadbolt on the door for extra security.

Amazing location and communication was fantastic, once I made contact via WhatsApp. The arrival via self check in was seamless thanks to detailed instructions including videos. Room was comfortable, though a little tight, and bathroom was large and modern. Shampoo and soap provided - but note while there a kettle, no coffee in room (espresso available in common area!) We had an early flight (easily arranged transfer service, which also was flawless!) so did not have breakfast. Highly recommend… for the location alone, but nicely done all around. Note this is a small boutique hotel, so desk isn’t always staffed, but great communication nonetheless!
