This cozy Tuscany themed cottage is part of the Hearts of Arden Estate and Cottages. The property, once owned by cosmetic mogul Elizabeth Arden, is within walking distance of historic Summerville. "Tuscany" is a quaint cottage w/1 king bed, 1 full Sleeper sofa bed, full bath, Nespresso coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave oven, private porch, pool access, beautiful grounds, and is a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Hearts of Arden Estate & Cottages, built in 1891, and recently seen on the Magnolia Network show Happy to Be Home With the Benkos, is a fully gated, non smoking property. Pets are not permitted.

This is a great place. Owners are wonderful people. Treat you like family. Our cottage was very cozy and welcoming. Has all the amenities. Allison and Ron pay great attention to detail and making sure you are comfortable and you are having a good time. We have stay in Summerville several times, Hearts of Arden will be our go to place from now on.

Stunning cottage on a gorgeous estate. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Allison was a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. All the amenities you could think of (and then some). Most comfortable bed ever. Plan to return soon.

Of all the VRBO properties I've rented, this was by far the most memorable and absolutely enchanting! I had an opportunity to personally interact with Allison and observed both she and Ron hard at work on the property and have an understanding of why everything is so lovely. It's lovely because they personally attend to the fine details. Their communication was almost instant and they kindness I was shown most unforgettable. When time came to depart, I had the sense I was leaving behind friends. Looking forward to carrying my 87 years young mother down for a visit. After staying here...subsequent and future locations may pale in comparison. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

A must stay! The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We would absolutely stay here again. The cottage was equipped with everything you need plus some nice touches. The owners swinging by for a quick meet and great was pretty spectacular too!
