Steps away from Lady Bird Lake with trails for jogging, vendors to rent a paddle board, Rainey Street for bar-hopping and live music. Congress Avenue Bridge for bat watching, Texas Capitol, Convention Center.
Beautiful views, clean rooms & an extremely responsive host will make you feel right at home.
Our King bed is located in the bedroom and in the living room, pull out sofa bed with a cozy queen mattress for your friends who couldn't miss out on the Austin fun! We provide eye covers, ear plugs, and a sound machine to ensure even the lightest sleepers rest easy.
The bathroom has a bathtub with handrails which is extremely rare for the building, makeup removal microfiber cloths, and plenty of towels which makes getting ready for a fun day of adventures, a breeze! Our sink is wheelchair compatible so there is one less thing to worry about.
Plan on staying longer than one weekend? We have a full kitchen which makes dining in and cooking as enjoyable as it is at home. Connect your phone to our Bluetooth Smart TV and set the mood, or maybe a TV dinner is in the books? Whatever floats your boat!
Amenities available to our guests include; Rooftop heated pool, Clubhouse with Wi-Fi, 10th Floor Fitness Center with private Peloton bike rooms where you can login to your Peloton subscription, Yoga Studio, Outdoor Meditation Deck, and a work from home space next to the lobby where you can also find a coffee shop with Bloody Marys that will transition into a bar for the night crowd.

We provide not only amazing communication and problem-solving, but amenities! Don't depend on the downstairs coffee, we'll provide you a couple of options right in the privacy of your own room. Are you a tea drinker? Same here! We have a tea kettle and multiple tea taste sachets . We'll also make sure you have basic essentials for cooking, cleaning, and snacking. Since glass is not allowed on the rooftop pool deck, we make sure to go above and beyond and provide plastic cups and carafes for your drinks so the party never stops! Have your clothes suffered from the long travel? Use our in-unit laundry where we provide plenty of detergent, an ironing set, and a steamer to keep your outfit looking fresh!
We LOVE feedback and want to make sure that the next time you come back to stay with us, we've only become closer and closer to your dream vacation home.
We're independently managed so you'll solely communicate with me or my amazing property manager. We're easy to reach since you're our only concern and we love to go above and beyond for our guests. Where you may find a cheaper room down the hall, you'll find that you're one of the hundreds of their guests for the week and the rooms are empty and bleak. Don't believe us? Check out the reviews!
Lastly, when it comes to check-out rules, we ask the bare minimum since you've already paid a cleaning fee.
We just want to make sure to set your expectations and understand where we may be slightly pricier, you'll see that we go out of our way to make sure you don't sweat a thing during your stay!
CHECK-IN PROCESS:
Upon your arrival please head to our reception/front desk. The staff will verify your identity and release up to 4 key cards to you. You can also ask them any questions about the building amenities, regulations and the neighborhood. But remember we are always a text message or a phone call away to be of assistance with any questions or issues.
PARKING:
Garage parking is valet only. It is $40/night with in and out privileges or $20 for the day. Street parking is also available right outside of our building. We always advocate for street parking since it is free after 6 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and all day on Sundays. The ParkATX App makes adding money to your meter extremely easy so you don't have to stress about running out to update your payment. We've lived here in Austin for a long time, we're full of tips and tricks.

Stayed here for two nights during a quick birthday trip from Dallas to attend a concert at the moody center. Super convenient location. A few minutes walk from bars and restaurants local to Austin. 3 girls on this trip and the bathroom was HUGE!! Could have literally fit a whole other bedroom in that space. It was great! Valet parking on site could be expensive for longer stays as it is 40 dollars a night. But, that is more so on the building. Valet is open 24/7 and was very polite each time we interacted with them. Pool was great, seemed to be a lot of travelers so you didn’t feel like you were encroaching on someone’s private area or needed to be quiet as a mouse. Overall great experience and would definitely book again while in Austin.

Loved the location (around the block from Rainey street), the apartment was super clean, modern with gorgeous views. The roof top pool was beautiful and also had stunning views of the river and downtown. The front desk was staffed 24/7. Felt like a swanky penthouse suite at a hotel.
