House was very clean with plenty of amenities! The game room was perfect for the two teens we had with us, and the pool was clean and cool after a day at the parks! Highly recommend Nick and this beautiful property.

Overall we had a great time in Florida. Host communications were excellent and checkin was great! House was OK it just needs some TLC. The fridge had an ice and water dispenser which we didn’t use due to mold on the inside bottom. This is definitely a Health and Safety issue. We arrived on a Saturday and pool was not available until following Thursday. Water was below jets and needed cleaning, as well as patio and furniture. Contacted host and he said yes they had regular maintenance. Which means he should have been there two days before we arrived. Listing says newly refurbished, but I saw no signs of this. Yes they have taken out old vanity’s and put in modern sinks but still the showers show mildew. Carpets have stains that a good cleaning might help. Garburator had to be repaired twice which caused leaking under sink and dampness. We stopped using. Patio furniture needs updating, Lanai needed repairs, due to several mice entering through mesh. We had to clean patio every morning. We had our grandkids who loved being in the pool. Host had the mesh repaired the last week we were there but the very next day more holes. Better money would have been spent on pest control. Because of these issues I can only give an OK review.
