NEW Hot Tub Added! Vacation Home, 15 min from Disney with game room

We are just home from a 2 week stay at this property.To start with the host is brilliant. We stayed with a baby and upon arrival was a brand new travel cot - as this wasn't something mentioned in the listing we asked if this could be provided. We also had a few issues at the airport and the host sent a message to make sure we were okay as she hadn't heard from us. Nothing is a problem and the host is extremely helpful and responsive.The property was as pictured, mondern, well equiped and clean. Our boys especially loved the pool table in the garage and the outdoor pool - which is solar heated and was perfect temprature even for my 9 month old.We went out everyday- universal, sea world, gatorland, idrive, target, walmart, kennedy space centre, restaurants and everything was within a good distance- the biggest being the space cente 1hr 15 mins away with minimal traffic.Overall an amazing base for our holiday i would highly recommend this property.

When we arrived at the house for our 4 months stay as snowbirds we were not disappointed.The house was exactly like the pictures. Modern decor and furniture very spacious with very comfortable beds.The lanai with its own portable air conditioner was very appreciated by everyone.Internet is super fast fiber optic.The pool is solar heated, we had a thermometer and the whole time we were there temperature was constantly at 86's plus even reaching 92 in a hot spell we had.Our kids and grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and when they came for a visit. There is plenty of loungers and beach towels for everyone and also a game room in the garage. One great asset for this property is the privacy fence around the pool.As for shopping Walmart is just over a mile away with its own seperate liquor store in same parking lot.There is also a Publix a few miles away too.Host/owner Kerlyne is just a phone call or text away if a problem ever arise at the house.We even had a few bunnies that came by for repeated visits after we left them treats.I would recommend this rental for either a couple or a family that want to visit Disney parks since a short drive away.We really enjoyed our stay and so did our children and grandchildren. P.S only thing i would recommend would be to have an information binder that would contain things like when is garbage day when to put it out at the curb and what is expected at check out. etc.We found that very useful at other rental.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was great! We had a couple of small issues, but the owner responded quickly and took care of things. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and warm. A/C was perfect temp. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home but needs some TLC, both bathroom sinks need to be replace along with fixing the cloth tub in the bathroom near the 2 bedrooms. I had to wait 20+ minutes after each shower for the water to finally go down the drain. The house alarm batteries need to be replace. And the worst part the POOL is NOT HEATED!!!! I was there for 5 nights and not once was the pool heated, the host house description in Vrbo is misleading because is it states the pool is heated, but after asking him, I was told the pool is supposedly heated by solar panels that do not seem to work! Host is SUPER EXTRA with the checking in process, in my email confirmation it clearly states that the host is supposed to provide the access code to the home three days before the arrival. Well the Host makes you wait into the actual time of Check-In which is 4 PM to give you the code and even then, I still had to message him to get my code at 4:20 PM. Which even then he had the audacity to question me if I was even at the property like if that even matter, imagine if I was on a late flight and had to deal with that SMH do better!! The home is near the parks as stated and is on a good quite neighbor. Also notice someone will come by the home when we will leave for the day and magically fill the Cold Pool back up which made me feel uneasy since I felt my every move was being watched…..
