About this house rental
Enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath country home with plenty of room to spread out. The home is 1 mile from Ski Liberty and a short drive from downtown Gettysburg. Featuring new appliances and flooring, comfortable beds and a wood burning fireplace, you will find all the comforts of home in a quiet country setting. Enjoy the all season sun porch, huge partially fenced yard, and many amenities that make this a very special place to stay. Dogs welcomed on a case-by-case basis.
You will find four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a shower), a large fully equipped kitchen, a full dining room, and a beautiful eat-in all weather sun porch. One queen bedroom with full bath is located on the first floor of the home. The other three bedrooms and full bath are on the second floor.
There is a large yard that is partially fenced for your use. There is a pond on the property with a gazebo and a firepit. Enjoy evenings in the yard in a country setting.
The large living room features a large screen TV with cable channels. Wireless WIFI is offered throughout the house. Easy access to the battlefields and all that Gettysburg offers. Skiers and golfers will enjoy the convenience of Liberty Mountain Ski and Golf Resort being only 1 mile away. Take a ride through the beautiful countryside of Adams County and visit the wineries and enjoy the apple and peach orchards along the way.

Did a friend and family getaway to snowboard. This place was great it was exactly what we wanted. Simple and close. Kevin was awesome and accommodating. Will for sure return and recommend.

We had a nice time over Christmas! The house is wonderful, could use some updates. Could have been a tiny bit cleaner, but not bad. Just noticed lots of dust under the beds when I dropped something and had to go searching for it lol! Thank you for a great stay!

All in all we had a great time, but the house needs some work. In particular it was impossible to heat the house evenly. Either one of the rooms will get super hot or some of the rooms will be freezing. Additionally, more seating by the TV would be nice, and some better lighting in the main areas. The first shower is just old and the second shower is ultra small. Oh, and they don't supply hygiene products so bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Kevin, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with and the yard is just amazing.
