Exquisite, first floor, nicely appointed, sprawling 5200sf rancher with large kitchen, family room and large, peaceful outdoor covered patio and screened porch with views of the Gettysburg Battlefield; located one mile from downtown Gettysburg and all its shops, tours and restaurants. New outdoor firepit just installed June 2023

The house is perfect for hosting large groups, and the battlefield is only steps out the back door. Our host went above and beyond to help us when a broken air conditioner at my house (100 degree heat wave, no less), meant I needed to move my family reunion dinner to the VRBO. The large kitchen and two living areas handled the crowd, and many happy memories were made. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Gettysburg - about 2 miles west of the center square of town.
