Excessive Dirty/Trash in the House ($200.00)
All trash must be bagged and put into the trash bins provided. Loose trash inside penalty ($100.00)
Pet Penalty if you bring a pet (If house is not pet friendly - $200.00)
Extra Guest In additional to house capacity ($100/each additional person per day)
Smoking inside the house ($150.00)
Illegal Parking (Grass, sidewalk, Street : $100/day each vehicle)
No RV's or Trailers ($100/day for each vehicle)
Noise Disturbance ($300.00/occurrence )
Temper with Pool Equipment ($1000.00)
Temper with A/C Thermostat (Set below 72F/Freeze Up unit - $1000.00)
Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $35/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so it is not guarantee water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8AM until 8PM. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.

Originally was suppose to stay here but last minute switched properties because of a leak in this property. The upgrade Matteus gave us was amazing and we were happy to have gotten a new place and not just a sorry heres your refund. Very nice communication with him.

Overall the house was good, once we got there. Communication with the host was not great/delayed. So we were not able to check in until after 4pm as we did not have any info. However the process at the gate was not an issue as we had provided all adult names prior so that went smoothly!There were a couple minor issues like anOutside light for the pool wouldn’t work and the fridge leaked. More towels and washcloths would be helpful! Overall you can’t beat the location and the house itself was clean and nice and accommodated our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Everyone said Best Vacation ever. Lots and lots of time playing air hockey, miniature golf, swimming in house pool and community pool, and going down the lazy river. Big slides not as big a hit. Never seeing this before it was a little different having the pool be the same temperature as the hot tub so either hot tub is too cold or pool is too hot. But overall was great.

It was very difficult communicating with our host prior to arriving. Upon arriving we were told that we were not registered and had to wait at the gate. This information was sent to our host twice prior to our arrival. The house was not equipped with all needed items for the week. We were told there was a grill, and that is what we needed since our meals were planned around having a grill. The floors were so dirty and our feet showed it. The hot tub never worked and someone left the heater on in the pool and it was extremely hot and unbearable to be in. Thank goodness the curtains rods did not fall off the walls, they were hanging barely on the wall. Also the ice maker was not working properly. Supplies were very limited and having 24 people in the house, it was not the right number of supplies for that many. Toilet paper hangers were also broke. I could go on but I think you get my drift.
