On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a spacious living room with a cozy corner sofa, armchairs, and a TV, an open and well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, as well as access to the large garden with a beautiful south-facing terrace.
The hallway features a large coat closet and a guest restroom.
The open-concept living and dining area, with its classic design, offers wonderful opportunities for relaxation. You can enjoy spending time together in the cozy sofa nook with a flat-screen TV or around the large dining table.
The modern, luxurious kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—so you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals even while on vacation. The basement area can be accessed via a separate entrance. Here you’ll find a bedroom, a cozy living room with a TV, a bathroom with a window and a shower, and a separate guest restroom.
