A vacation on Amrum in a thatched-roof cottage—with the whole family! Welcome to “Jöri Hüs 2” in Nebel. Here you’ll find a wonderfully relaxing view of the countryside, a quiet location, a spacious garden, and proximity to the beach—all in the heart of the wonderfully romantic village of Nebel—the perfect vacation dream on Amrum!
Completed in 2023, the semi-detached house “Jöri Hüs 2”—which features a thatched roof, a style very typical of North Frisia—offers a beautiful, modern, and spacious temporary home for up to six people.
The rooms are laid out as follows: One bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a single bedroom and a separate bathroom on the first floor. A bedroom in the attic that opens onto the stairwell, as well as a bedroom with two beds and its own bathroom in the basement. A fully equipped kitchen, combined with an open-concept living/dining area and a guest restroom on the first floor.
A huge garden, complete with a playground, adjoins your half of the house. Spend a relaxing afternoon in a beach chair or unwind on one of the lounge chairs on your terrace. There’s plenty of space—the “Jöri Hüs 2” offers you a wide range of options for a thoroughly enjoyable and, above all, peaceful stay on the beautiful island of Amrum.
The location of the “Jöri Hüs 2” is also unbeatable. Both the uniquely beautiful Nebel beach and the romantic Frisian town center of Nebel are within easy walking distance. The Edeka supermarket, bus stop, bike rental, as well as restaurants and cafés are all conveniently close by.
Use “Jöri Hüs” as a central starting point to explore the island of Amrum by bike.
You can store your bikes under cover in your own compartment in the garden shed.
This house is especially family-friendly! Children under 3 years old stay for free; children up to 12 years old receive a 50% discount on each night’s stay.

house was great- worth every penny. The newly installed smoke detectors went off frequently but i guess that has been resolved. great location, easy walk to Nebel center
