Schöne Lage, schönes Haus, etwas vernachlässigt und daher preislich nicht angemessen.
Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, ein bisschen Hühnergegacker nebenan. Die Raumaufteilung des Hauses ist gut, sehr gut nutzbar für uns vier Erwachsene, auch im Hinblick auf Bäder und WCs. Die Gestaltung an sich ist ansprechend und an die Insel angepasst.
Die Betten haben wir alle vier als durchgelegen empfunden, keine Verbesserung durch Bettenwechsel oder Verstellung des Lattenrostes möglich. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls durchgesessen. Die gesamte Pflege des Hauses ist suboptimal - lose WC-Sitze, lose und teilweise abgebrochene Kleiderhaken, fleckige Sitzkissen, schmutziger Abfallbehälter, staubige Kissen und Wände, teilweise eingeschränkt funktionsfähige und unorganisierte Küchenausstattung.
