My family and I have visited Pigeon Forge literally hundreds of times, and we have stayed at Mountain View a great number of those. This, however, was by far the best and cleanest unit we have enjoyed thus far!

I loved the beautiful Mountain View. Great location. Condo was clean and just the right amount of space for my family. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The condo was pristine. Communication was easy. Elevator went down on our second day, I contacted VACASA and they gave me a timeline of when it would be fixed. Took the HOA a little while to get it fixed (3 days) but this was not VACASA’s fault.
The only suggestion for VACASA is to use a smaller code to get into the property. A 10 digit code is too much.
We were first time users of VACASA and were so happy with everything. We have already booked two trips through them at different properties. We will definitely try to book this property again in the future.
