About this house rental
Welcome to our cozy cottage at Long Point! Our newly renovated, 3 bedroom cottage is located steps away from the beach access. We provide a clean and open space that is perfect for making memories, relaxing and slowing down.
The living space has a flat screen tv with a DVD player and lots of movies. We have 3 queen size beds, a living area , kitchen including coffee making, stove, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery as well as a dinning area. A BBQ is also located just off the back deck overlooking the marsh. We have many board games available in the cottage and bunkie/games room outside the cottage with a mini pool table, foosball table and sand toys available for kids, we also have a sand pit out back for volleyball.
We have access to two driveways allowing a total of 8 parking spots. We have one fire pit located out back of the cottage.
~ Please bring your own sheets, pillows and towels.
~ The cottage will be thoroughly cleaned between each guests.
~ CHECK IN time 4:00pm and CHECK OUT time 11:00am.
~ NO PETS allowed.
~ We recommend bringing your own drinking water.
Restaurants and shopping are located 10 minutes away in Port Rowan. Bird observatories, hiking trails and fishing are all located close by.

The interior is very nice, clean and comfortable. Bringing our own linens was a tad honerous. The beach was a super close walk. All the games and toys kept are children of three very busy. Owners were very accomodating when i messed up my booking.

The cottage was great - clean, well-stocked and just what we needed for a relaxing trip for our family. It's a very short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was great to clean off and not track all of the sand into the cottage. Would definitely recommend.

Had a fabulous stay here. The cottage was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also a 2 minute walk to the public beach access. Loved the bunny neighbours!

The cottage was very nice, clean and comfortable. Blinds were in every room which was great for little kids who go to bed ealry.
Nice backyard with sand pit that kids really enjoyed. Outdoor shower to clean sand off was very handy.
BBQ was in rough shape and bbq cleaning brush or utensils were not available. Other than that it was fantastic.
