Comfortable, relaxed hillside apartment in Rincón — perfect for couples, friends, remote workers, or small groups looking to unwind just minutes from beaches and town.
Located in Pineapple Hill, enjoy ocean peeks, fast fiber WiFi (600 Mbps), A/C in both bedrooms, and a King + Queen setup in a calm setting just 5–10 minutes from everything.
Steps Beach is reachable via a scenic ~30-minute hike (moderate to difficult). Includes 1–2 residential street parking spaces.
Accessibility
This apartment includes some accessibility features:
Direct access from the street (no stairs)
Entry and interior doors over 32 inches wide
Bathroom doors measure 28 inches wide
Access & Privacy
Self check-in via lockbox. You will have full access to your apartment and the shared laundry room. The downstairs patio area is currently restricted.
Security cameras are located only in common and exterior areas of Casa Ramé PR to ensure the protection of all guests and our property. They overlook the street, outdoor staircase, back fence, side patios, and the shared laundry room. None monitor the balconies or the interior of any apartment.
Important Notes Before Booking:
• Hot Showers
Showers are equipped with on-demand heaters for your comfort. Bathroom and kitchen sinks run on cool water, a common feature in Puerto Rico. Please note that hot water is unavailable during power outages.
• Electricity
Casa Ramé does not have a generator. While outages are occasional and typically brief, they offer a gentle invitation to slow down and enjoy the natural rhythm of island life.
• Septic System
Our home uses a sensitive septic system. We kindly ask that only human waste be flushed. A bin is provided for all other items, as is customary in many island homes.
• Shared Balcony
The balcony serves as a shared walkway to the laundry area and staff room. You may occasionally see others passing through, though your apartment remains fully private.
• Laundry Access
A shared washer and dryer are available on-site during designated hours. Guests are welcome to bring their preferred detergent.
• Extended Stays
Longer stays may be available upon request.

This was our second stay at Casa Rame.. This apartment is a hidden gem. Everything was perfect….great location, pristine, roomy well appointed space. The host promptly replied to any question we had. We will be back!
