It's located 5 minutes driving to Downtown West Palm Beach, the hip Warehouse District, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach County Convention center, Kravis Center, Dixie Hwy Dining Corridor, Brightline and Tri-Rail trains; 10 minutes to the beaches on Palm Beach Island, and the PBI International airport.

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

The property was everything it was described to be! The property was clean and comfortable! The backyard pool area was beautiful! The house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! The twin bedroom could have used a dresser or wider table between the beds but we made do. Extra bath towels and kitchen towels would have been useful. And instructions on garbage pick up should be listed.We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book that place again if we came back to Palm Beach.
